1. Patience: the capacity to accept or tolerate delay, trouble, or suffering without getting angry or upset. Patience is extremely important in the interior design field because you need to meet and deal with people, who you consider don’t meet your expectations, or you may be treated differently being regarded as you don’t meet with their expectations.

 2. Dedication: devote (time, effort, or oneself) to a particular task or purpose. Dedication is needed in the workplace because we need to plan long term goals and stick to it, not giving up when we do not see immediate results, and not committing to things when you should not.

3. Flexibility: person is someone who pays attention to the details and can make a conscious effort to understand causes instead of just the effects, and that does this in a second nature type of way. It shouldn't be something that the person has to work at. Interior designers need to be precise in measuring interior spaces and creating drawings, so that it can be used by other workers such as engineers or other designers.

4. Color Scheme: is the process of exchanging information, both verbal and non-verbal, within an organization. An organization may consist of employees from different parts of the society. These may have different cultures and backgrounds, and can be used to different norms. A constant communication between builder, architect and interior designer prevents issues from arising, solves problems quickly and helps create your perfect home interior.

5. Creative: relating to or involving the imagination or original ideas, especially in the production of an artistic work.Interior designers should possess strong creative and artistic skills to make their designs aesthetically pleasing for their clients. They select a variety of colors, textiles, fabrics and interior furnishings with the clients’ interests and tastes in mind. Although many design aesthetics are learned through education and training, a natural creative talent helps interior designers to be successful.
